{"id":8664,"date":"2020-02-26T10:01:30","date_gmt":"2020-02-26T10:01:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/deshmediabd.info\/?p=8664"},"modified":"2020-02-26T10:01:30","modified_gmt":"2020-02-26T10:01:30","slug":"pm-distributes-prime-minister-gold-medal-to-172-students","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/deshnews24.info\/?p=8664","title":{"rendered":"PM distributes Prime Minister Gold Medal to 172 students"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today distributed<br \/>\nPrime Minister Gold Medal-2018 among 172 meritorious students from 36<br \/>\nuniversities as they secured the highest scores in their faculties.<\/p>\n<p>The University Grants Commission (UGC) organised the award giving ceremony<br \/>\nat the Shapla Hall of Prime Minister\u2019s Office (PMO) here this morning.<\/p>\n<p>A total of 88 female students including a Nepalese and 84 male students<br \/>\nreceived the Prime Minister Gold Medal-2018 as they secured the highest CGPA<br \/>\nand marks in their faculties.<\/p>\n<p>Two of the awardees, Md. Mobarack Hossain and Sharmin Sultana expressed<br \/>\ntheir gratitude to the prime minister for taking pragmatic measures for the<br \/>\noverall development of education and their feelings of getting the medal.<\/p>\n<p>Education Minister Dr. Dipu Moni, Deputy Minister for Education Mohibul<br \/>\nHassan Chowdhoury, PM\u2019s Principal Secretary Dr Ahmad Kaikaus, Secretary of<br \/>\nSecondary and Higher Education Division Md.
