{"id":58308,"date":"2025-03-11T04:53:55","date_gmt":"2025-03-11T04:53:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/deshmediabd.com\/?p=58308"},"modified":"2025-03-11T04:53:55","modified_gmt":"2025-03-11T04:53:55","slug":"ukraine-to-present-us-with-russia-partial-truce-after-row","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/deshnews24.info\/?p=58308","title":{"rendered":"Ukraine to present US with Russia partial truce after row"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ukraine will present the United States on Tuesday with a plan for a partial ceasefire with Russia, hoping to restore support from its key benefactor, which under President Donald Trump has demanded concessions to end the three-year war.<\/p>\n<p>The talks in Saudi Arabia will be the most senior since a disastrous White House meeting on February 28, when Trump berated Ukraine&#8217;s President Volodymyr Zelensky for purported ingratitude.<\/p>\n<p>Since Trump&#8217;s dressing down of Zelensky, Washington has suspended military aid to Ukraine as well as intelligence sharing and access to satellite imagery in a bid to force it to the negotiating table.<\/p>\n<p>Zelensky, who wrote a repentant letter to Trump, flew to the port city of Jeddah to meet Saudi rulers, but was leaving the talks to three top aides.<\/p>\n<p>US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who will be joined by Trump&#8217;s national security advisor Mike Waltz, said the aid suspension was &#8220;something I hope we can resolve&#8221; in the talks on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hopefully, we&#8217;ll have a good meeting and good news to report,&#8221; Rubio said.<\/p>\n<p>Rubio said that the United States had not cut off intelligence for defensive operations.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bssnews.net\/news-flash\/253709\">\u09ac\u09bf\u09b8\u09cd\u09a4\u09be\u09b0\u09bf\u09a4<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ukraine will present the United States on Tuesday with a plan for a partial ceasefire with Russia, hoping to restore support from its key benefactor, which under President Donald Trump has demanded concessions to end the three-year war.
